Are the prices negotiable?
No. Our prices shown in the webshop are generally not negotiable. Exceptions are requests for fleet equipment and large orders.
Can I see the products in your store?
We primarily operate as a manufacturer and focus on on-demand production. However, there is a slight possibility to see some products before installation.
How do I arrange an installation appointment?
If you order a product with assembly in our company, we will contact you to find a suitable date. You can also note your preferred date directly in the shopping cart in the order note field.

The item does not fit my vehicle?
If the item does not fit, please contact us by phone or email. We will help you find a solution.
What if I don't like the article?
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 days to return the item to us without giving a reason.
However, this does not apply if we ordered the item especially for you or personalized it for you.
Returns are also excluded if you made the purchase on behalf of a company, unless a return was previously agreed in writing if the item did not fit!
Since we do not offer a return option, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
I accidentally ordered the wrong version, what now?
If you notice that you have ordered the wrong version of the product, please contact us by email or phone. As long as the item has not yet been dispatched, we can still change the order.
If you only notice the error after receiving the goods, we can exchange the item for you. To do this, please send the product that does not fit back to us and email us the delivery receipt with the tracking number. As soon as we have proof that you have shipped the product, we will send you the right item free of charge.
